I had a great massage here. My girlfriend and I came together - she got a facial while I got my massage. We were both extremely pleased. The staff was friendly and the facilities clean. On the way out, we both decided to get a pedicure/manicure. Everyone was very delightful - I even decided I hated the color I had after she had done all my nails and the girl redid all of my nails with a different color. I really appreciated that!

I had a wonderful experience here with a facial that helped to clear my skin during a troubled patch of time. I believe the woman's name was Lily that gave me the facial. She seemed to really care about doing a great job and thoroughly explained everything she as doing during the facial. I really enjoyed the experience! The only complaint I would have is that the facilities are smaller than I am used to or prefer.

I really enjoyed my experience here while visiting New York City. I received the Darshana facial and it was fantastic. The ambiance was wonderful and relaxing - I definitely forgot I was in a big and crazy city like New York! The facial also included a type of meditation, which helped to soothe my stressed out vibe that day. When I visit NYC again, I will revisit this spa!

What a fantastic experience! To be honest, I was a bit ... antsy about the idea of all the pools, after all, aren't pools huge carriers of bacteria?! The staff person assured me that they regularly clean the pools ... I decided to give in and go for it! I wasn't sorry! They had many different types of pools - a mineral pool, a salt water pool... they even had a clay "pool". Everything was wonderful and relaxing. I also enjoyed a facial while out there.

I enjoyed a hot stone massage I received as a gift from a friend (who knows I just got to visit my spas!). I'd never been to this spa before and was excited to give it a try. The staff was professional and accommodating. The massage itself was wonderful - I've never had both a hot and cold stone massage. At first I was certain I would not like it! But I actually adored it and will visit this spa again.

I've been to a couple Exhale spas. This one was very nice. I got a massage and a facial. The staff was pleasant and professional and I was quite pleased. I went to this spa with my friend and we both had a blast. There's nothing like a refreshing lunch in Santa Monica followed by a relaxing massage or facial. I would definitely visit this one again. Four stars only because I didn't LOVE the ambiance. It was nice, but ... I just didn't love it.

You can definitely get a great facial here. I must say - the picture posted here ... looks unappealing to say the least. But, nonetheless, the facials themselves are fantastic. I had a minor breakout ... honestly, I wasn't able to get into the spa I really wanted to go to. I came to this one on a recommendation and I give them an A+. This was absolutely fantastic. The spa is clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend!

Nice spa. It's a petite spa right around downtown San Francisco - it's a great area and they have a very very cute little road to their entrance. There's something very quaint and San Francisco-like about this spa. As most of the spas in that area, this one is very small, but it's also very high quality. The guy that gave me my facial was friendly. I felt like this spa experience was above average. The staff could have been a tad more professional, but, all in all, I am completely satisfied with my experience at 77 Maiden Lane.

This spa was alright. It was actually quite small (I guess that is to be expected since it is right in the heart of downtown SF). The person who gave me a facial pushed too hard on my pores and it was very uncomfortable for me. I spoke up but she did not speak English too well. It just felt a bit uncomfortable the whole time. I liked the ambiance, however, so I decided to give this spa three stars. It's not that the spa was horrible, but there are so many great spas in SF, that I probably would try another one since I did not love my experience here.

As a note, you may want to try it yourself - I may have just gotten someone that was new or visiting, etc. I wouldn't say it was BAD, it just wasn't anything better than average.

Absolutely fantastic! I love visiting my One Spa! I don't always have time for full treatments, but (in addition to their facials and massages, which I regularly get), I adore their body masks and body scrubs. I always walk out of this spa feeling like a million dollars. Even though I live close by, I have actually stayed at Shutters on the Beach for a quick mini vacation. It's on the beach and is just so relaxing. What more can I say about this fabulous spa? Have you not already picked up your phone to book?

You can get a great facial here. I would have to say, however, (and this is not a complaint about the spa itself) that the parking situation was a bit inconvenient... but aside from that , it's a nice spa that gets the job done well. To be honest, this isn't my spa of choice - not because it isn't a great spa, but because I have other ones that I prefer. Of course, I visit spas for whatever service I am getting done, but I need one that will make me feel like a million dollars... not just a few hundred ;) .

I would visit this spa again if I needed to get a facial for an event. I was very pleased with it.

I don't frequent this spa, but the times I have gone have been very good. They have great facials and massages. The people who work there were very professional. I definitely don't like people touching my face unless they know what they are doing (have had a few people actually cause scars while performing extractions so I am very careful now about who I let near my skin), but I felt very comfortable with their staff. I believe that the lady who gave me my facial was named Jammila. I had had a breakout prior to one of my sessions and she helped to clear it up before a big event. I recommend this spa!

Review about Spa at The Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills on 2008-04-19

This is a must visit spa. My boyfriend and I went here on a weekend getaway. We loved the couples treatments - something my boyfriend and I could do together. The staff was professional and friendly and took care of our every need. I wish we would have had more time to spend here - next time, I would book for a week so we can visit wineries as well. It was just so peaceful and a getaway from the busy city life.

Bottom line: I highly recommend this spa for people, and especially couples! It's such a romantic getaway!
