  • I awoke this morning stressed out because of an aching back! I had a lot of work to do, but I decided to take the time for ME.  I spent 45 minutes doing a structured yoga workout dvd.  What a difference it makes to take time out for YOU!

  • I love to get massages to help for the back problems.  That's so amazing that you took time out for yoga... something we all should do more often.  One thing that I've started doing is taking Friday afternoons off!  I do yoga, I get my pedicure done, I get a massage.  I feel that especially in the summer, my body needs some time off. 

  • When I start to feel stressed out, I try to take a perspective check.  Is it really worth getting stressed out over?  Could I be spending all my energy I am spending stressed out to do something productive?  This usually heals me of my desire or need to be stressed.
