I Love this place! I've been a client of Alta Day Spa since I first moved to The Mad River Valley in 1998, when Alta was in Waitsfield. I loved it then as I love it now! It has since moved to Warren, where I reside, and the treatments are fabulous! My favorite treatment has to be a massage. Over the years, the therapists have saved me, especially Bethany. Having the unfortunate trauma of chronic migraines, she has done some amazing work on my neck & shoulders that would make anyone feel great, but for migraine sufferers or other cronic pains I highly recommend her. She will beat you up good! Alta is a beautiful, elegant spa.

I have been to Alta quite a few times. However, the last visit (since some modifications have been made) was by far the most enjoyable. The facial I received was excellent. The therapist was well informed and thorough. What I particularly appreciated was the fact that she did not spend the entire session ripping on the products I was currently using in favor of the products she was using at the time (which by the way were excellent). It felt like a treatment, not a sales call.

WOW! The town of Warren, VT is adorable and quaint. If you are looking for an escape from big city living and want to be pampered, you MUST visit Alta Day Spa. Right next to the whimisical Pitcher Inn, Alta Day Spa is not something I would pass by! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and they have a reputation all over the valley for great massages and speciality facials. Well worth the visit!!!!
