Just beyond the bustle of the city lies a paradise nestled in a hidden canyon…Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa. Long before Europeans came to California, Native Americans enjoyed the blend of cool and warm waters flowing naturally from Coldwater Canyon in the Temescal Valley. Today, the mineral waters are combined with professional body and skin care products, The Grotto, and other amenities.

Daily admission includes use of 18 different pools of water, including mineral baths, outdoor whirlpools, Roman baths, plus steam rooms, the dry sauna, and Club Mud, Southern California’s only red clay mud bath. A complimentary water aerobics class is held daily. Yoga sessions are seasonal. Massages, body treatments, facials, and nail care are available for additional fees—each unique treatment is designed by professionals using Glen Ivy signature products. For ultimate body care, pair with your favorite massage.

The Grotto is a unique social spa treatment that moisturizes the body with a rich sea kelp and aloe vera masque in an underground cavern—relax in the Hydrating Chamber while the rich moisturizer works its magic, rinse the masque from your body in a multi-head shower, then finish the treatment in the cool mist chamber.

Cabanas are available for private parties, featuring the finest Mediterranean style food from the onsite restaurant, Café Solé. The spa’s newest amenity is Under the Oaks, a unique massage experience under the shade of majestic oak trees.

Glen Ivy has three other Day Spa locations in Brea, Valencia, and Hermosa Beach. Glen Ivy Day Spas recreate, on a smaller, more intimate scale, the unique “spa in the garden” experience of their Hot Springs. For special occasions, cozy couples’ rooms are available, some with private showers and fireplaces to allow guests extra time to reconnect with that special person.
