Hmmm... seems to be me and Julie rating all the same places. And having similar experiences :) I do just remember this place as a gorgeous mountain retreat. It's an easy getaway from the Denver area as a day trip or overnight. The food is mostly seasonal, local and organic, and they've got an award winning wine list. Nature and food... doesn't get much better than that in my book!

I LOVED this place!!! We spent the weekend here and everybody in my family loved the experience! It's located up in the mountains and the grounds are beautiful. You stay in log cabins and they have different temperature hot pools spread throughout the property. All of the treatments I had were great. Definitely recommend making this trip at least an overnight one!
